Human Resources & Administration Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling full spectrum Human Resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll calculation, staff compensation & benefits, training and development as well as staff relations.
  • Prepare various HR&A reports and analysis.
  • Provide full range of administrative support in daily operation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Human Resources & Administration role and preferably with retail background.
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance & MPF regulations.
  • Detail-minded, attentive to figurers and work under pressure.
  • Perform Multi- task and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency of MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, outgoing personality.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Inventory Control Supervisor

The Job:

  • Maintain item master, selling price and inventory input
  • Prepare quotation/offer sheet to clients
  • Handle inter-companies transactions between the group, product & order enquiry and full set import & export shipping documents
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers and clients for order, delivery and shipment follow up
  • Monitor delivery status to ensure timely delivery
  • Supervise Inventory Control colleagues
  • Perform ad hot duties as assigned

The Person:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in preparing quotation, order follow up and shipment arrangement with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Familiar with China export procedure and Tradelink declaration
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Responsible, hard-working, independent with strong accuracy and efficiency
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shipping Inventory Control Supervisor

Merchandising Executive

The Job:

  • Coordinate the daily merchandising activities in areas of new product development and supplier sources;
  • Provide support and merchandising information to the sales and marketing teams;
  • Work with the factories to process and follow up orders;
  • Compare prices between suppliers;
  • Evaluate products’ quality from suppliers;
  • Select and negotiate with vendors;
  • Work with in-house Product and Graphic Designer for product development;
  • Conduct quality control; and
  • Arrange product delivery

The Person:

  • High Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience
  • Good communication skills and tactful in negotiation
  • Strong market sense and be sensitive to marketing trend and changes in customer needs
  • Mature, organized, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input
  • Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Candidate with merchandising experience in gifts and premiums items is an advantage

Marketing Executive

The incumbent is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities for our wholesale and retail sector.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulation and execution of events and marketing activities (online and offline channels)
  • Prepare marketing materials and reports in a timely manner  
  • Provide administrative support to the team

This position is responsible for supporting Marketing department to develop all graphic & promotional collaterals (including print ad, poster, banner ad and in-store decoration…etc.)

  • Degree or Diploma Holder in Graphic Design
  • 1-3 years of working experience in Graphic Design
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D MAX
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Flash is a plus
  • With experience in web design will be an advantage
  • Creative with sensible marketing sense
  • Responsible and hardworking, willing to work under pressure, overtime and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese & English
