Marketing Executive

The incumbent is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities for our wholesale and retail sector.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulation and execution of events and marketing activities (online and offline channels)
  • Prepare marketing materials and reports in a timely manner  
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Follow customers inquiry, both phone, email and other related platform e.g website/facebook/IG
  • Handle ad hoc project as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Must have at least two years working experience in marketing FMCG
  • Sensitive to marketing trend and changes in customer needs
  • Good written and verbal communication skill and should be a good team player
  • Proactive, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS office, such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Desktop Publisher / Graphic Artist

The Job:

  • Assist designer/team to submit artwork for production
  • Responsible of artwork production (output) for gifts product design

 Requirements:

  • Graduate of Design Studies or equivalent
  • 1-year relevant working experience
  • Familiar with output and printing production
  • Good command in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Familiar with characters
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is highly preferred
  • Knowledge in product production or gifts industry would be an added advantage.
  • Well-organized, detailed-oriented and able to work independently

Operation Clerk

The job:
.Prepare all sorts of shipping and inventory control related documentation. 
.Arrange delivery and shipment as well as coordinate with relevant departments as related to logistic. 
.Handle import shipping documents, and Tradelink declaration 

The person:
.F.5 or above
.Minimum 2 years relevant experience in trading company
.Proficient in PC and MS Office 
.Independent, self motivated, responsible and willing to work under pressure and overtime
.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
.Experience in handling full set I/E, L/C document and Tradelink declaration is preferable
.Immediate available is highly preferred.

Accounts Clerk

The job:
.Handle data entry, payment, reconciliation and prepare reports; 
.Execute daily accounting operations; 
.Assist in conducting credit and internal control; 
.Perform ad hoc projects as assigned. 

The person:
.LCC Level II or Certificate in Accounting; 
.Proactive, with good interpersonal skills; 
.Good command of spoken & written English ; 
.Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing; 
.Hardworking, self-motivated and result-oriented; 
.Immediate available is preferred
.Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk

本公司定期於百貨公司、店舖、商場或特賣展銷場 作產品推廣 及 大型活動,現誠聘兼職產品推廣員多名

將按本公司需求編派到港九新界各區之工作崗位,負責不同範圍之工作
工作種類主要包括貨場內產品推廣,親身示範,解答顧客查詢以及整理貨品陳列,開場收場等;
亦包括活動期間維持秩序,人流管制, 宣傳單張派發及禮物推廣品換領登記等

工作時間

視乎推廣場地要求,主要為星期六、日及公眾假期下午,以及學校假期
