The Job :

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and creative campaign planning to achieve business goals;
  • Implement marketing campaigns across various channels for brand consistency and maximum reach;
  • Participate in handling event budgets, timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery;
  • Liaise with external vendors, venues, suppliers and partners to secure services and negotiate terms;
  • Create engaging marketing collateral and promotional materials for events and campaigns;
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, equipment, staffing and on-site management;
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners for successful marketing project execution;
  • Conduct market research, customer surveys, and business analysis to support marketing strategies;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

The Person :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in retail marketing, promotion, or public relations, preferably in shopping malls or retail sectors;
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail;
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative event concepts and promotional ideas;
  • Proficiency in exhibitions and events to promote products and brand;
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to work independently;
  • Highly sensitive to retail trends and customer behavior;
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events that achieved measurable outcomes;
  • Good commands in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Marketing Executive position.
