The Job :

• Work as a team member of the hardware support team
• Provide daily ad hoc & routine support to end users
• Perform installation, upgrade, and migration tasks for common systems:
• Windows OS (Windows 7/10/11)
• macOS (latest desktop/laptop environments)
• Microsoft Office suites (2010/2013/2016/365)
• POS systems (retail terminals and applications)
• Mobile device systems (iOS and Android basic setup and troubleshooting)
• Provide on-job training to staff and users
• General hardware and software trouble-shooting
• LAN administration and basic network support
• Deliver on-site technical support during company activities and promotion events (e.g. Ani-Com Event)
• Handle weekend support calls for retail shop operations when required 

The Person :

• DSE graduate or above
• Hands-on experience in desktop/server hardware, Windows 7/10/11, macOS, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• Familiarity with POS systems and mobile device platforms (iOS/Android) preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Holder of MCP certification will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates or candidates without prior working experience will also be considered
